Our Company

Glenview Apartments is family owned and has been operated by the same owner for over forty years. Most residences eventually meet the owner during their residency. We operate two apartment complexes in Portland, Oregon. There is a 37 unit complex on the WEST side of Portland near Capitol Hwy and Barbur Boulevard and a 16 unit complex on the EAST side of Portland near Cesar E Chavez Blvd (also known as 39th Avenue) and Powell Boulevard.

Throughout our history our mission has remained the same: to provide our residents with a clean and comfortable place to call home. At Glenview Apartments we provide a peaceful living environment where comfort and convenience come to life. We have residents who have occupied our units for over twenty years. Previous residents upon returning to the area re-rent from us because they like the Glenview experience. No higher recommendations can be made than repeat and long term residents.

We have an excellent management team who know every tenant by name and strive to make your experience living at Glenview the best. We pledge to continue our tradition to providing a high quality living experience for each and every one of our residents.
